Command Line to Visual Basic

Hello,
How would I convert this command Line code to VB code?

start /w /b /normal Realflo LD1-50D.tfc /s=Script_Test.aut

Realflo = Application being launched
LD1-50D.tcf = Realflo configuration filed to be opened
Script_Test = Script file to be run by Realflo

Thanks
