There is no good or bad. What matters is the experience. To get experience working is must so learn any software knowledge. Right now you have java asp. so try go get the dipper down into the same track

I suggest Springs and Hibernate with Struts(which are now hot in the industry).I think you are aware of servlets.Inspite of this learn any one of the BPM tools if possible like,TIBCO,webmoethods,Pega,Case 360.

Hi,
You have knowledge of java and jsp. it is good for you because you are fresher but some companies required any one framework knowledge. So i suggest to you, try to learn and understand struts framework.
