Morning Manjushree...
There is always scope for testing either its manual or automation... For automation tools might change. When you are called as tester then it refers to Manual testing. Coming to package it depends on your ability, but for sure 3.5+ or even more package is gettable

to my knowledge , it will be "best" if u get hands on with some automation tools in addition with manual testing expertise, which ll always make u too stand in lime light . and coming to salary package then experience definitly play a role. 2-3 yrs experience with manual +automation ll surely fetch u a 4-7Lpa atleast. cheers! all de best
