Oracle Fusion

I am very interested in learning the Oracle Fusion
technology. Could any one please give the details
about the oracle fusion and if possible the learning techniques too.
Currently i have knowledge in sql,pl/sql, administration fundamentals.
Do i need to learn anything like java,xml and all before getting in to oracle fusion
