You can plan your release in release cycle. You can assign test sets>Test case>Requirements to release cycle and track the progress, quality of the product, defects etc.
You can find the details about it in the QC9.2 what’s new document. The main enhancements are risk-based management and the new release/cycle module. There are also several enhancements to the Requirements module. "What's New" document will have all the details and should be available on the HP support site.
