Hi Srinu,

I think u mean Technical Assistance Request(TAR) from Oracle. This is webased support from to their Oracle Apps/E-business suit customers.

Its done thru their site metalink.oracle.com.

Dear,

we are raising TAR when we found any problem in Apps Standard .
through TAR ORACLE accept request and give support if feasible.
in the case of customised application he will give suggestion or send action plan.
