taskbar busy

Hello all members,
when i start windows xp on my pc, after starting, on double clicking any icon on desktop including My Computer, it is not opening. also on moving mouse on taskbar, it is always showing busy mouse icon.

but, my pc is working perfectly in safe mode.

Can working in safe mode for some time be hazards for my pc ?

please give me solution on this as soon as posssible.

hello Dear

try to restart your window then press F8 then select Last good configration..........
and press enter, then login , and see what is happening.

Hi Stylish,

It may be due to the process/processess which takes more memory usage in u r system.

Check the task manager process memory usage & If found any of the process which use more memory ,try to halt the process & restart the system.

Dont delete any of the process without knowing its a required one..It will cause more pblms...

Remember any virus threat will cause u r system too slow . So scan the system with an antivirus also.

Hi all are right, but i suggest full format your pc, if you can, after it install good antivirus. Then it will work fine. Thanks & regards mohit sharma
