How to automate export process from M/S Office, using WinRunner?

I'm new to WinRunner. Can someone help me with this?

At work, we do this process every day, and I want to find a way to automate this process.

We have many files that come in daily. Say, it's called 12345.mdb, and the next file is named 23234.mdb, and so on.

Inside this Microsoft Access file, there are 3 tables: Table_A, Table_B, and Table_C.

So someone would have to double click on the file 12345.mdb. After it opens up, double click on Table_A, and click on Export, to export that table into a text format. and then, do the same for the next table, and so forth.

How can I automate this process, so that if 12345 was entered, Microsoft Access opens up automatically, then, Table A exports the data into a text file called 12345_A.txt, and then, Table B outputs to file 12345_B.txt, and so on.
