Cannot Start Services - Windows Services

Cannot start service from the command line or a debugger. A windows service must first be installed (using installutil.exe) and then started with the serverexplorer, windows services administrative tool or the net start command. How to solve?

You have install window sservice using installutil tool.
Then you have to start by using Services window.
You can open through Programs->Administartive Tools->Services option
