No manager in GL Concurrent Request

No manager in GL Concurrent Request

When I run a request in GL,the status appears inactive and phase is no manager. Please tell me what the problem could be.

This means that there is no Manager available to run your request. This in turn might mean:

1. your concurrent managers are down - most likely
2. The request (i.e., the concurrent program) is not added to any manager's "run" list - unlikely
