    Hello Everybody,

    I am new to this forum. I have 4+ years of experience in US Staffing as a Tec Recruiter. Now I am working as a Client Servicing Manager/ Account Manager.
    I would like to change my profile into Business Analyst. Though I know I am doing a similar job , but how much similar I dnt know

    Could you please advice me about how to be in this profession????????

    Appreciate your help!

    PS: I don't have any IT background.

    Hi,

    I think you should go for MBA, Continue with your Job & Join MBA Distance/Correspondence with Finance & Marketing. it will give You chance to get the Position of Business Analyst.
