Copy Paste and attachments Issue

Hi All,

Im a new bee to this group. We are facing a issue where we are unable to do a copy paste in TD. This includes the requirements Tab, Test Plan, Test Lab. We see a some message as below"

Unauthorised Access. Please contact your system adminstrator.

(Please note that i have logged as admin).

We get the same message when we try attaching any files in the test lab. We had faced this issue in the past and this was resloved by restarting the server. But this time this is not working.

Pls help.

Thanks
Susinder.
