hello... i am planning to give my scjp xam this aug... i hav a book by Kathysierra which appears to be good.
I want to know that if only reading the book is sufficient?? Do i hav to read the complete refrence book too?? also i wanted mock exams ... so do u know ne site from where i can download them. and also one major DOUBT i had ... which version of exam is currently there???? i mean 5 or ???i heard of 1.6 too??? plz reply YASSER

Hi,
Yes., It's true ... Now SCJP 1.6 IS available.... Kathysierra& BertBates is the best book ever for scjp. But u can refer Khalid Mugal SCJP book also.... The difference b/w scjp 1.5 &6 is that Number of questions: 72 (no change) Time: 210 minutes (increased from 175 minutes) Passing score: 65% (increased from 59%) Format of questions: No change.
