what is different between single and multi protocol?

Please explan the different between single and multi protocol. When to use and how to use them.

Multiple Protocol is used to measure the performance of some set of protocols (Web(HTP/HTML),Oracle CNA, ODBC).

Single Protocol is to measure the performance of specfic protocol only.

It is better to use multiple protocol even if you want test the performance of a specific protocol, because multiple protocol supports functions wen compared to Singlr Protocol
