Yeps! There is. ( I hope your Windows XP is not pirated)

You can download SQL Server 2005 Express Edition here. You need Windows Installer 3.1 for installing it.Also requires .NET framework2.0 or above.

Download details: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
