My computer cannot read all external hard disk

Dear All,

My computer can't read all external hardisks and flashdisk (use usb port) , the folder directory and hardisk name did not show in my computer. But those external hardisks and flashdisks can read in other computers.
What's my problem in my computer? How to solve it?
I have already checked in the device manager that the external hardisk detected.
I can see "generic external usb device" in disk drive (device manager) and "usb mass storage device" in Universal Serial Bus Controller (device manager).
In usb mass storage device properties, there are mentioned :
- Device usage: enable
- Devise status: this device is working properly
- Location : 0
Could anybody advice me to solve the above problem?

Thanks and regards,
E. Kristianto

Re: My computer cannot read all external hard disk

Reinstall the USB Driver, if Already Installed.

This Problem is related to USB Ports Only, nothing Else.....

Thanks
