I want to import a excel file in to Vista Mainframe. iam able to extract file from vista in to excel. If anybody knows the format to import the excel to mainframe. please give the steps.

Try this out ,
Save the excel as type .prn extension file. This is formatted text ( space delimiter ) file. Then try uploading the file into mainframes as normal file.
