I would like to know from the employers that when new graduates come into the industry are they fully equipped with the right skills technical and communication skills for them to apply the skills in the work place

I certainly do not expect any graduate to have the skills to work. All I believe is they have some base understanding and grasping skills. They will have to be imparted training and thinking methods by the companies. The percentage of good ones is quite low, if not very low. Most of the lack even these - when it comes to high level technical work.

It takes atleast 2/3 years to make a graduate come up to acceptable levels.
