loadrunner and client side problems?

I am new to loadrunner and wanted to ask a question about client side issues. If i am running a test on a website that is located on a server and I simulate 200 users from the computer that I am on. Can a problem arise where you have failed runs because the computer or bandwidth that I am using cannot handle the load? It seems to me that if I were to open 200 browser windows and have them all hit the same site form one computer that I could have problems. Should I run loadrunner from several computers to ensure this is not a problem with the server? Whould it be better to run 100 vusers from 3 computers rather than 300 from 1?

Thanks
