what can i do next
Hello friends,

I am software test engineer in a small company, I am doing working here almost 14 month. i am doing only manual testing for Web, Desktop and Mobile application.

my progress not improve here now this condition
then please tell me what can i do improve for progress

Hello,

You can try automation test tools, performance test tools and test management tools.
In addition to test management, you may go deep in time & risk management because these topics are also helpful in test methodologies...
