    it is function oriented ,not using dynamic memory alllocation
    and also not completely support to opps concepts

    C very well supports dynamic memory allocation.
    but c follows Objects oriented fundamentals.
    like inheritance, Polymorphisn and Overloading.
    and C doesn't have those featires.
    That's why C in noy OOPS
