Angry User Prosition Deleted/New

Hello,

We have Siebel Call Center 6.2.3, and I've deleted a position (not the employee) from a valid user, and then I've created again, since it was a mistake.
Now the user cannot see his contacts/oportunities.
I've tried to change the table keys but I did not have success.

Can anyone please help me to exchange this user position to the last one, so he can see his contacts/oportunities again?

you create a user and assign that position .but u not able to see business entities(contact,oppertinuty....) because u must be assign some resposibility and view.

Go to site Map and choose administration_Application then responsibilities right click new record then enter value after that enter the respective view and assign user names are there input.
