Understanding of Tabs in Test Director

I am new to the test director. We are planning to do the manual testing. We have identified the various scneraios needed for testing. I found in test director we have 4 tabs requirements test plan test labs defects my understanding is we update our test scenraios in requirements tabs and all our test cases in test plan tab. Since we are planning to the manual testing i feel we dont do anything with test labs tab and we update the defect in defects tab. Please correct me if i am wrong.

Re: Understanding of Tabs in Test Director

Hi,

Test director manily contains 4 tabs
Requirements, testplan, testlab, defects reports
in reqirements we can add, copy, change requirements it's like tree structure

in test plan we can write test cases , test scripts

in test lab we can execute test cases

in defect reports we can report defects in brief description
