Web Application Test with inaccurate results

Loadrunner Version: 9.0.0

Howdy,

I am load testing a web application that is running particularly slow. The whole recording with navigation and text checks is about 50-70 seconds. After I am finished recording it will still continue to run about 50-70 seconds until completion.

However, as soon as I close the internet explore window for that session. It starts running and completing in about 2 seconds.

I've checked all the cache sources I can think of. Is there something I am missing? Or perhaps someone can explain this to me.

The web app is still running slow, but the entire iteration is still completing in 2 seconds (And it shouldnt be)
This is an issue because I cannot accurate tell now when the app is running slow.

Thanks
