SAP HR is a module of SAP R/3. OM is a submodule that stands for Organizational Management. It is a system that helps a company set up their workforce in a hierarchal view.

Hr is a sepatate module in sap. This module is differen from other modules here we can use infotype and hr is time dependent module, here mostly we can handle employee data. Om is sub module of hr
