i m facing problem while opening the QTP .

it show me message like " this operation can not be perform contact to technical person "

anyone here know about it .

before it was showing this messenger while i was recording test cases .

anyone here help me . its urgent .

one more when i am recoding test cases its not writing script for file menu items

please help me i reli fed up with this from last two days ..
