Hi,

QC Admin can do many of the activities like

1.Customization where we can add,delete a new field in any of the module
2.Admin or project manager can only add a new person to QC
3.Admin can add a new domain or new project
4.Managing users in a project
5.Assigning a user to usergroup(like TDAdmin,Project Manager,QA Tester,Viewer,Developer)
6.Managing user groups and permissions
7.Adding user groups
8.Assigning existing set of permissions to user group
9.Customization of module access
10.Customizing project lists
11.Automail
12.Setup work flow

Even there are many other tasks that only a qc admin can do.

Password changing also can do QC Administrator.am i right?

Yes, Pswd can be reset using Site Administartion Tab.
