Creating Test Cases in Eclipse, what do u mean?

We create Test Cases in Excel, Quality Center, etc. What is Eclipse?

Correct me if I am wrong.

Eclipse is a Jave JRE... which is used for developing Java programing and what we can do is only unit testig using Eclipse. As the unit testing is the part of white box testing a java programmer will be in better position to provide u a better solution..
