Smile Multiple Entries in One record

e.g. if we have 10 entries like
s.no. Form No.
1 200
2 201
3 202
4 202
5 203

here s.no is unique but form no is entered by the user. we have add item button in this form where we enter first item 202 "Cloth" and then add item here in 202 "Jar". Tell me how to use winrunner to fetch the data from data table. because i know to use for single entries but how to use to enter that 202 no record i don't know?
