Having a gap is your education, especially a three year gap is a bit tricky. You will need to explain why you have such a long gap to the prospective company.
Companies like Infy do recruit people, my friend got a job after working for 2 years in a different sector, and I have seen people with one year gap easily getting through, since they could say they were preparing for competitive exam.All I can say is that you might be considered, post your resume in the big three.
