Hr security is a diff concept all together .
theres a lot of diff ordinary sap security and Hr sec ... if you know structural authorizations , organization levels , infotypes , u ll be able to understand the answer ,,even if i put it here . if any Hr roles , single roles are added to the user eg : Timeadmin then its a custom to add the profiles in table T77UU and T77UA . those are hr security profiles . you will be adding ur user name in the table thats the profile . and structural authriztion objects Regards Rahul (Sap Basis and Security consultant) .
