Test Analysts = is the one responsable for design test cases from the user requerimients and functional or technical solution to those. Responsable for the test case specification. He need to be an expert and known about test design techniques, and he had to know all about the business and testing methods

Business Analysts = this person will provide the knowledge of the business and analysis skills, es responsable of creating the user requeriments, and a functional solution for those requeriments. its a business specialist.

System Analysts = he/she have to provided the software system desgin, also he is responsable for developing the functional specification from the user requirement. So you need technical knowledge to do this job.
