I'm using load runner 1st time .pls i need help how to record and how to run the script

For HTTP protocol:

Open theh VUGen
Set the URL for application to test (like Google) in the recording options
Start recording (LR will startup a browser on Google)

From here, any action you do that involves comunication between the browser and the application will be recorded, like a click on a link or a button.
When you are done stop the recording, LR will create the script.

Now you can run it.

Since you are new, you need to learn more about the tool. I suggest you look at the documentation and demos.

But i have click the strat record button......i have opened an url i have did as u said but LR havn't recorded any script's it havn't recorded any events too
and tehn i don't know how to see the snap of my recorded script lps help me too

check --first is it compatible or not with that protocol
