Assume that you have file to be downloaded in your mail 1. open the browser 2. enter the address 3. specify user id and password 4. click on login 5. click on inbox 6. open the mail 7. select the mail to download 8. click on download 9. The download will take time as per the file size 10.when the file is downloaded save the file in the sesired location 11.close the download dialog I have mentioned some steps from where you should start like this you frame negative test cases and then start writing test cases view the sub category- test cases in our forum there you can find the test cases along with the test case template If you any issues exists please let me know.
