Bugzilla installation
I m facing a error
"Populating duplicates table... Now that you have installed Bugzilla, you should visit 'Parameters' page (linked in the footer of the Administrator account) to ensure it is set up as you wish - this include setting the 'urlbase' option to the correct url." while running perl checksetup.pl command on command Prompt and the URL http://localhost/bugzilla/index.cgi shows HTTP Error 403 i.e. "You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied." can anybody provide me how to rectify this problem.
