I have a question, i have been selected at IBM and also got the offer letter,
they have asked only for the last releiving letter at time of reporting, my question is how will they verify that the experience mentioned by me is accurate?

They will not check your experience..they will hand over all your documents to third party....then third party will do the varification of your experience....Please dont show any fake experience.

No i am not faking anything, my problem is they have not asked for any documents at the time of joining of earlier experince and one more doubt is while filling the ABf form i didnot mention one 4 months experience as it was not relevant but i have totaled up including this 4 months and written the experience so what should say?

if you are 100% sure that you haven.t made fake resume then.. no problem or else you will be terminated without furthur notice and black mark in your career too

Please can you let me know what kind of questions are being asked in the PDM round of IBM? Are they technical, HR or Management questions?
I have heard different views regarding this so thought of asking all of you who have recently attended the same.

Hi I had attended the IBM interview on 23-May-09 in Hyderabad, and completed the PDM round also and I have submitted the all the required documents, they said that Offer letter will release on 25th or 26th May. But as of now no updates from IBM.

If any body attended the IBM and got the offer please share it with me, so that it will be helpful

Well I also attended interview with IBM (on 16th May,2009 , SQL server developer) and cleared technical round and then PDM round as well...i was told that my offer letter would reach me within 7 days ...well its June 8th today and I have no clue whats happening ...i know one of my friend who hasn't received his offer letter who got selected on 18th Apr ,2009 for Java ...... any body who can help getting an update on why things are working this way; would be highly appreciated.

To my knowledge IBM is one of the worst unethical company u would ever come across..they take ages to send the offer letter after selecting the candidate..and have no professionalism to atleast inform the candidate that hes selected and offer is being sent...now that market is slowing getting back to normal i dont think we need to join IBM..guys if u hav another offer even a small company go for it...IBM is not worth it...

IBM doesnt even have the courtesy to revert to the prospective employees and inform them about the delay for watever reason...do they expect us to wait till red sea departs again or wat ?...guys probably we need to complain with IT proffessional groups and make them respond to our vows...wat say ?

I am also completed the PDM and got a confirmation that I have cleared it.
Me waiting for more than 1 and a half months and no response from IBM.

Now I am planning to write it in leading news papers and run a campaign against cheating of IBM. I need more candidate's bad experiences to proceed further on this and will keep the credentials discretely.

Hi I have attended IBM interview on 20th June 2009 (QTP) at ALP Consultants (Punjagutta, Hyderabad). I am done with both Technical and PDM round, till now there is no update from the IBM or Consultants. Any body who has attended on the same day has got the offer, please let me know.

Even i too attended the IBM interview on 23rd June and Cleared two rounds of technical interview and one round of HR interview. I have submitted all my documents(Offer letter of current organization, Pay slips, Pan Card..etc) and completed IBM employment form and sent Scanned copy via an email to HR. After completing the interview they said that they will send an offer letter by July 6th and joining date will be on July 17th. After reading all your posts i too think that i may not get an offer letter from IBM.

Any suggetions are highly appreciated.

Keep trying for other company also, don't wait for IBM . Actully they take the interview and let the candidate waiting. They call the candidate when they will get the new project. Otherwise they wouldn't , so don't wait .
