Hi, I deleted the Loadrunner folder under Mercury Interactive in Registry.. Eventhough i am unable to reinstall the Loadrunner.. Please, help me out from this. Regards, Sowmya Quote:

Do not delete licnese folder in registry.
Hi sowmya, please follow the below steps for re-installation or upgarde: 1. Uninstall lr from the control panel and reboot the machine. 2. Manually delete the folder related to loadrunner (in program files etc). 3. Go to the registry and delete all the folder under the loadrunner except license. Do not delete licnese folder. Hkey_local_machine \software \mercury interactive \loadrunner hkey_current_user\software\mercury interactive\ 4. Search for vugen.* and wlrun.* and delete it from your machine. 5. Empty the recycle bin and reboot the machine. 6. Now try to install  . Note:you need administrator privileges for installing. Thanks, j7777 Last edited by j7777; 09-12-2008 at 06:27 AM.

Can sumbody gimme link to download loadrunner 9.0. i tried to download thru hp site but tht shows only 9.1 verison. please send me the link as soon as possible.
