How to record a selection from a drop down menu
I am testing a .NET application and QTP is not recognizing the dropdown menus, I tried descriptive programing but i cant get the test object values with the object spy .. please help |

Please ensure that first QTP is launched, then you need start your application. This helps in intialization of Object Recognition.

yes i do have the .net add in..the problem is the drop down list doesnt stay in focus...and i asked the devs about what type of drop down list they used in the application they said its a combination of activex and .net!!!!i turned on my activex add in ..and still not capturing
