About Work Environment.....
hi,
I worked in a BPO company.Recently i moved to software field n I am working as a .net trainee software engineer.... in asmall company..... I want to know about the environment of MNC company. As software engineers what they use to do...(programing or desiging or document preparation) how environment will be......

The environment in MNC will be excellent and once you have joined in MNC u will never have a mind set to come out of the concern, and if you have curiosity in learning you can learn a lot see if you are a programmer, in the designing process you can view the flow of the project and you should write coding alone in the front end.. rest of all the work will be shuffled by the right candidate, that it Thanks Deepasree
