Cool Running Silktest through remote desktop connection.

Hi Folks,

I am in Canada and trying to run Silktest in New Hampshire (USA). So I use window remote desktop connection to connect to NH machine.

So I am having some issues with that. The tests are running slowly and also, I am getting many of the issues like, "Product is not unique, window is not maximized, cannot found product". So these errors go away when I close the silktest agent and start over again.. These problems are happening all the time until the test runs ok.

I was wondering if someone out there was having the same issues..

So should I use silktest through window remote desktop connection ?

Anyone out there is having similar issues ?

Re: Running Silktest through remote desktop connection.

Hi,

Try running the scripts using VNC connection rather than the window remote desktop. The RDC sometimes does through unexpected failures if the window is not active..

Thanks
