Does VuGen8.0 support IE7?

Hi All,

I am using LR8.0 and trying to record the VUser script on IE7.
I am getting the same error: The default browser registered at this machine is not supported by the Web VUser recorder. Please change the recording options or select another default browser

Is IE7 supported by LR8.0? If not whats the remedy out?

I was also facing the same problem, with IE7 i was able to record actions but the script was not being saved......

I am also with LR8.0, later i installed LR8.0 in a virtual pc with OS Windows Server 2003, as it has IE6 and all my recording and script generation all run smoothly, without any error.

So better switch to IE6 for LR8.0, i hope it will solve your problem.

LR 8.0 does not support IE7.
You either need to upgrade to LR8.1FP4+patch for IE7 or upgrade directly to LR 9.0 or 9.1.

Most effective method is just to upgrade to LR9.0 or LR9.1
All the IE7 support will be included.
