Hi all,

I am having issue while connecting to Quality Cenetr from QTP9.2.

After clicking connect button I am getting "Failed to update components from server'' erros.
Can some one help me in fixing this?
I am pasting below detailed section error message.

2. tdclntui.dll :
Can't download file tdclntui.dll from server

Close all connections to TD Server and try again

you should install the qualitycenter add-is from the qualitycenter login page

after that this error message will not appear

Thanks for your replay. I am not sure which addins I have to download.
Can you please suggest? ( But I have downloaded few addins and QTP9.2 addins also).Quality Cenetr runs in server.I am trying to connect to server.

Please help me in this.

From QTP9.2 you need to instal TDPlugIns. This is the QC connectivity addin for QTP.
