It looks like the consultants who set up our system make it such that when you copy by reference a quote to a quote, the parent quote is no longer able to be changed. If a line item is copied, the same line item in the parent is now marked complete. I know the problem is with config, but have not been able to find the exact location.
CAN ANYBODY HELP!
