Hi falgunidave,
Data warehousing is a concept of building a dataware house which is a subject oriented,non volatile,integrated and time variant in nature.all the aspects such as extracting,transformation and loading into the dataware house comes under datawarehousing. Data mining is a concept of drilling down the data in the data warehouse or from any datamart specifying some paricular subject. |

Data warehousing is the process of collecting data from across disparate company sources into an architecture designed for data access. Data mining is one of those data access mechanisms although mining can occur against data not in data warehouses.
