Can any help me out with this

When execute the script some warnings are generated in the Execution Log

1. Warning -26548: HTML parsing not performed for Content-Type "application/x-shockwave-flash" ("ParseHtmlContentType" Run-Time Setting is "TEXT"). URL="http://###/reservationsystem_new/Images/en-US/buscando.swf" [MsgId: MWAR-26548]

2. Warning -26627: HTTP Status-Code=404 (Not Found) for "http://###/reservationsystem_new/images/AirLogos/smNE.gif" [MsgId: MWAR-26627]

why these warning messages are appearing and does it shows any impact in the response time while running the scenarios.

First error message arrives since flash file is a binary one and VuGen RTS were set to parse text only

Second error message arrives because of a defect in your application. There is an image some page trying to find, but it doesn't exist on the server.

This warning messages are not supposed to impact the response time. Response time might get affected only when the error level in RTS are set to capture advanced error levels with all data returned from server

I believe the second error message may have an impact on response time as the image will take some time to download from the server and this time has to be added to the response time.
