see in support project work will be of maintenance enhancements nd bug fixing. Mostly u will get support project as R&D projects are very rare.
tickets will be more of bug fixing..as why output for this logic not coming, table creation, addition of new field column...etc tickets are raised by corresponding FC's for that module...
