Dashboard installation

hi,

I'm unable to install the QC Dashboard, I get a "Dashboard does not support re-install, please uninstall the dashboard first" message. But I am unable to find dashboard installation files anywhere... has anybody else had this problem? Can anybody tell me how to fix this?
