QTP Display Settings
I am not sure how many of you use QTP's script editor to write/edit scripts. Personally, I use Notepad++ or Notepad to write and edit all my scripts. I was playing around with QTP's display settings and found a way to tweak the way it displays different characters and its pretty neat. I kinda like it so far(it is the first day though!).
Well, here is how you do it: File -> Tools -> General Tab Spacing: 6 characters File -> Tools -> Fonts and Colors Font name: MS Reference Sans Serif Size: 10 Comment (Foreground: Green) (Background: White) (Style: Normal) Default (Foreground: Black) (Background: White) (Style: Normal) Left Margin (Foreground: Black) (Background: Silver) (Style: Normal) Number (Foreground: Red) (Background: White) (Style: Bold) Operator (Foreground: Black) (Background: White) (Style: Bold) Reserved Word (Foreground: Blue) (Background: White) (Style: Normal) Selected Text (Foreground: White) (Background: White) (Style: Normal) String (Foreground: Maroon) (Background: White) (Style: Normal) If you feel there is a better config than this, please share ![]() |
