1. The term Business Analyst (BA) is used to describe a person who practices the discipline of business analysis. A business analyst or "BA" is responsible for analyzing the business needs of clients to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
(refer en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_Analyst) 2. what do u mean by Business Scenario? 3. A BA need not know programming, but knowledge of technology helps |

Re: Role of Business Analyst
A business analyst (BA)is responsible from finding out from the business what its requirements are with to:
* improving business performance * automating parts of the business Good BAs should be able to use the following modeling techniques: * Function Modeling * Process Modeling * Procedure Modeling * Data Modeling Too often the task of Data Modeling is done by a separate set of Data Analysts and this causes a disconnect in most projects. A BA need not know programming languages or design techniques but knowledge of these will give a more complete view of the overall development cycle. |
