ANS. fssnap command.

If we are using Veritas volume manager we can achive it by 3 way sub mirror logic. for that the steps are bellow.

assume our / filesystem is in 3 way mirror and we want to perform online backup on that.

1.Remove one sub mirror from main 3-way mirror.

2.put that separated mirror in Temparary Volume.

3.perform backup action on that Volume.

4.Stop the Temp volume remove sub mirror on that.

5.Destroy Temp volume.

6.Attach that with Main mirror.

7.The data will Sync to attached mirror which is added newly.
